By using skymapgift.com (“the site”) and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
Sky Map Gift sells digital, downloadable personalized star map files (a print-ready image and a matching phone wallpaper). Nothing physical is shipped. You receive your files instantly after purchase as a download.
Payments are processed by Gumroad, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled at checkout. Prices are shown in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
When you purchase a star map, you receive a personal licence to download, print and use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes (including as a gift). You may not resell, redistribute or use the files commercially without our written permission.
Star positions are calculated from astronomical data for the date, time and location you provide. You are responsible for entering the correct details. Because the file is generated from your inputs, please review your preview before purchase.
Files are delivered digitally and immediately via the download page after payment. It is your responsibility to download and save your files. If you have any trouble downloading, contact us and we will help.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
The site, its design, and the star map template are owned by Sky Map Gift. Your personalized text and choices remain yours.
The product is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
