Refund Policy

We want you to love your star map. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, please read this policy before you buy.

1. Digital goods

Our star maps are personalized digital downloads. Once a file has been generated and downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. By completing your purchase and downloading, you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may no longer apply once download has begun.

2. When we’ll happily refund

The file is faulty, corrupted, or won’t download and we can’t fix it for you.
You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once.
The product is materially not as described.

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.

3. What isn’t covered

A change of mind after the file has been delivered.
Mistakes in the details you entered (wrong date, name spelling, city). Please double-check your preview before buying — but get in touch and we’ll usually re-issue a corrected file for free.
Issues with third-party printing services.

4. How to request

Email us at skymapgiftshop@gmail.com with your order email and a short description (and a screenshot if relevant). Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
